 In February (2018) we received a letter from Nick Gibb (Minister of State for School Standards) congratulating us on our 'very high standards' that the pupils in our school achieve in reading and mathematics. Click on the link below to read the letter.

The scaled scores in reading, mathematics and English grammar, punctuation and spelling are 109, 110, 111 respectively against national scores of 104, 104, 106.
 
Attainment 
 
Attainment at the higher level was significantly above the national score in reading, mathematics and English grammar, punctuation and spelling, for example 41%, 36%, 50% respectively against national scores of 25%, 23%, 31% respectively. In writing the school at greater depth was in line with the national average with 18% respectively against a national score of 18%.
